Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

AtlasOS is an operations and financial workflow platform for companies that manage projects, customers, purchasing, payments, reporting, and connected third-party systems. This Privacy Policy explains what information AtlasOS collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users and company administrators.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to AtlasOS platform users, company workspace users, and authorized administrators who connect third-party services such as Trello, QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Stripe, or email delivery services.

2. Information we collect

AtlasOS may collect and process the following categories of information:

  • Account information, such as name, email address, role, company membership, sign-in status, and audit history.
  • Company workspace information, such as company name, branding, users, permissions, subscription or seat settings, and integration settings.
  • Operational data entered into AtlasOS, such as customers, projects, materials, vendors, action items, payments, reports, notes, and workflow status.
  • Integration data authorized by a company administrator, such as Trello cards, lists, comments, checklists, custom fields, and board metadata.
  • QuickBooks Online data authorized by a company administrator, which may include customers, invoices, payments, estimates, company identifiers, sync status, and matching/reconciliation metadata.
  • Technical information, such as IP address, browser information, device information, log events, error messages, authentication events, and security/audit records.

3. How we use information

AtlasOS uses information to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the AtlasOS platform.
  • Authenticate users and enforce company-level permissions.
  • Sync authorized data from connected third-party services.
  • Create operational dashboards, financial views, reports, scorecards, purchasing workflows, and audit trails.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent security, abuse, or reliability issues.
  • Provide support, onboarding, billing, and administrative communications.

4. QuickBooks Online and accounting data

AtlasOS accesses QuickBooks Online data only after an authorized company administrator connects that company’s QuickBooks Online account through Intuit’s authorization process. AtlasOS uses QuickBooks data to provide read-only financial visibility, reconciliation, reporting, and matching workflows unless a separate write-capable workflow is explicitly enabled in the future.

AtlasOS does not require customers to share QuickBooks passwords with AtlasOS. Authorization tokens are stored for the applicable company workspace and may be revoked by disconnecting QuickBooks or removing AtlasOS access in the QuickBooks/Intuit account settings.

5. How information is shared

AtlasOS does not sell company data. Information may be shared only as needed to operate the service, including:

  • With authorized users inside the applicable company workspace.
  • With service providers that host, secure, deliver, monitor, or support AtlasOS.
  • With third-party integration providers when a company administrator authorizes a connection.
  • When required by law, legal process, security investigation, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

6. Security

AtlasOS uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect company data, including role-based access controls, workspace separation, audit logging, hosted database controls, and secure authentication practices. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but AtlasOS is designed to reduce unauthorized access and preserve company data boundaries.

7. Data retention

AtlasOS retains workspace data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or business obligations, resolve disputes, maintain audit trails, and support backup or recovery requirements. Company administrators may request export, correction, or deletion of workspace data subject to contractual, legal, technical, and security limitations.

8. User choices and access

Users may contact their company administrator to request access, correction, removal, or role changes. Company administrators may manage users, integrations, and workspace records inside AtlasOS. For platform-level privacy requests, contact support@atlasos-platform.com.

9. Children’s privacy

AtlasOS is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. AtlasOS does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

AtlasOS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of AtlasOS after changes become effective means the updated policy applies.
